El Cilantro Gastrobar is a family owned & operated restaurant that focuses on cooking delicious soul food and promoting local musicians. They aim at creating a daily menu that brings a diversity to the local cuisine and at disrupting the latino-only music culture by mixing in international playlists.
The Logo combines both cuisine elements as well as a musical instrument- replacing the 't'.
